The Morrow County Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Park is over 6000 acres of exciting trails and paths for riders of all-terrain vehicles. Located in the Blue Mountains south of Heppner, the park was opened in 2003. Courses are labeled by skill level, from beginners to advanced riders, and cover old logging roads and slash trails containing plenty of exciting turns. Facilities also include drinking water and an area to wash dirty vehicles. The park is free and open to the public.
